cRAWLSPACE Full Encapsulation
Full Encapsulation is a service that seals the entire crawlspace (walls & piers wrapped and waterproof taped) to prevent moisture and humidity from entering crawlspace. The purpose of encapsulating a crawlspace is to protect the structure from moisture, water, and mold, while also improving air quality and energy efficiency. Encapsulating the crawlspace ensures the structure will remain safe and healthy for years to come. We provide two types of Full Encapsulation services: Close Cell Spray Foam Encapsulation and Clean Space Full Encapsulation.
Close Cell Spray Foam Encapsulation
- We remove all crawlspace insulation, eliminating all possible nests and homes for existing pests in crawlspace. Giving your crawlspace a cleaner appearance, with the removal of floor joist insulation.
- All perimeter walls & piers wrapped and seam taped.
- Perimeter walls, then sprayed with closed cell fast acting spray foam 1 1/2 thick, insulating the entire crawlspace with maximum efficiency.
Clean Space Full Encapsulation
- We wrap and seal all perimeter walls and piers with vapor thickness of choice.
- All wall, seams, and piers waterproof taped as well.
- Floor joist insulation highly recommended when having a clean space encapsulation if you don't already have any installed.
- Due to properly keeping crawlspace insulated.
crawlspace Partial encapsulation "Starter System"
The purpose of a starter system is to address specific issues or problems in the crawlspace while still allowing for some ventilation and air flow.
Partial encapsulation involves sealing off the ground with a moisture barrier with all seams in vapor barrier taped. Vents and any other wall breach points being sealed as well, capping it off with a dehumidifier and condensation pump installation. This helps to prevent moisture and humidity from entering the crawlspace and causing problems such as mold and mildew growth, wood rot, pest infestations and more.

FAQ
- What is the difference between Full & Partial Encapsulation?
- Unlike a full encapsulation, a partial encapsulation leaves the crawlspace walls and piers unsealed, usually due to the crawlspaces natural moisture level not being too high.
What Our Customers Say
★★★★★
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
"I found Sean’s business card in the mailbox and noticed he offers complimentary crawl space inspections, so I decided to call and have a look at any possible issues I may have. It was the greatest decision I’ve ever made! He was very professional, knowledgable, and brought issues to my attention that I was unaware of. With my crawl space having the humidity level being high enough to cause the beginning stages of fungal growth, I decided to get the full encapsulation. After shopping around, Sean’s prices and overall knowledge compared to competitors astounded me! He completed my project in a whopping 3 days! Following up with me every step of the way on specifically what was being done each day. I would highly recommend hiring Sean, he will exceed beyond flying colors! You won’t regret it. Thank you very much Sean, awesome job!!"
